Indira Paganotto Breaks Leg Jumping Off Stage in Barcelona

The incident took place during the techno star’s recent DJ set for Brunch Electronik.

Indira Paganotto left it all on the dancefloor in Barcelona, leaving her final ARTCORE showcase of the season with a broken leg.

The techno star was hospitalized after jumping off stage during a DJ set at Brunch Electronik’s Hivernacle Pop-Up Club experience on November 22nd. She shared photos of her hospital visit, where she appeared to be in good spirits after delivering one of the most explosive and emotionally charged performances of her career.

“I jumped off the stage to be with you and left the club with a broken leg,” Paganotto wrote, “but I would do it a thousand times again — you gave me the craziest energy of my life and I wanted to give you EVERYTHING back for this last dance of 2025.”

Paganotto’s ARTCORE concept, a showcase of her intense fusion of psytrance, techno and cinematic theatricality, has become her calling card. That signature energy found its ultimate expression in Barcelona, where her “Warrior family” roared with a frenzy.

Though the EDM.com Class of 2023 artist’s night unfortunately ended in a cast, she appears to be on the mend. Fortunately, she doesn’t seem to view the injury as a major setback, promising she’d return stronger in the new year ahead. In early-2026, she’s poised for high-profile performances at Ultra Buenos Aires, EDC Mexico and Tomorrowland’s CORE Medellín festival.
