Levity to Donate Tour Proceeds to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention

The trio released a new single and announced plans to donate a portion of their “Lasership Tour” proceeds to support AFSP’s mission.

Red-hot bass music trio Levity have pledged to donate a portion of proceeds from their current tour to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

A major funder of suicide-prevention research, the AFSP advocates for mental-health policies and supports people who have lost someone to suicide and those who are at risk. The EDM.com Class of 2024 trio have also partnered with the nonprofit End Overdose, which will host information tables at select tour stops to provide education in their efforts to combat drug-related overdose deaths.

During a recent appearance at GRiZ’s Seven Stars Festival in Virginia, Levity’s John Hauldren paused their group’s DJ set to assist an attendee experiencing overdose symptoms by throwing a naloxone nasal spray kit into the crowd.

Featuring a barrage of kaleidoscopic lasers and visuals, Levity’s “Lasership Tour” took nearly a year to develop. The ambitious production debuted at LA’s famed Shrine venue over the weekend and is now heading to Denver, Brooklyn and Philly, among other major cities.

Levity today also released a new track, “Can’t Get Enough,” a euphoric dubstep banger that shape-shifts between dreamlike and devastating. It’s the first single off a new EP, Escapism Vol. 2, which follows its predecessor from September 2024.
