Daft Punk Collaborate With PLEASURES and G-SHOCK for Limited-Edition Timepiece

Time-tested watch design meets electronic music history in the unique digital watch, which drops online October 9th.

Daft Punk have teamed up with LA-based streetwear label PLEASURES and watch brand G-SHOCK to develop a new limited-edition timepiece.

G-SHOCK’s digital DW-5600 watch has long been celebrated for its near-indestructible build, which is shock-resistant, water-resistant up to 200 meters and powered by the brand’s solar tech. That durability feels like a fitting canvas for Daft Punk, whose influence on electronic music has endured despite the legendary’s duo’s shocking 2021 split.

Daft Punk’s iconic visual identity is embedded into the product. “Digital Love” branding in red illuminates the display in reference to their Discovery album, while their helmets are etched along the lower bezel. Neon strap graphics echo their futuristic aesthetic, and the caseback features an exclusive Daft Punk x PLEASURES engraving.

PLEASURES has previously partnered with Daft Punk on apparel, but this venture marks their first foray watches. The collaboration also retains the DW-5600’s core features, including its countdown timer, stopwatch and five daily alarms, among others.

The limited-edition timepiece launches October 9th at 10am PT (1pm ET) exclusively via PLEASURES. The brand has not revealed pricing at the time of this writing.
