Fred again.. Reveals 10-City Pop-Up Tour Amid “USB002” Rollout

Fred again.. will unveil his “USB002” project through a run of 10 shows in as many cities, with venues revealed only days before each performance.

Fred again.. has built a career out of destabilizing the usual patterns of release, turning last-minute announcements into his signature. With his upcoming project USB002, the superstar DJ and producer is scaling that strategy into a 10-week series of performances and premieres.

Fred has announced that the follow-up to his 2022 USB project will arrive with 10 new tracks and an accompanying run of 10 shows in as many cities. True to his knack for building hype in short order, he’ll be revealing each venue only days before the show happens, with the first concert set to be announced this weekend on September 28th.

The USB series has yielded some of his most durable work thus far, from “Rumble” with (Skrillex and Flowdan) to “Baby again..” (with Skrillex and Four Tet). Likewise, USB002 is expected to extend that lineage with material Fred has been testing in his most recent performances.
