It feels like a sick game at this point – trying to keep up with absolutely every release happening each week. It can feel impossible for us, for sure. With the music industry more accessible than ever due to the increase in availability in studio equipment for the home and social media, instead of a select few bands having steady releases, we’re all but bombarded with borderline thousands of new artists who all want their music to be heard in one way, shape, or form. From early on in their careers like Native James and his English-grime influenced metal, to seasoned veterans like death metal band Sanguisugabogg, new music is just about leaking from our ears at every level of experience possible.
