“808 HYMN” was written after a long walk home in the dark, glitter under eyes and a heartbeat in my chest that felt like an 808 kick drum with the feeling I was being followed. A tempo to run to, a reflection on the age you grow up and realise the moon doesn’t follow you home but something else may, and that if it comes down to it, it’s you, gritted teeth and car keys between fists.” Erin imparts.
