Son Of Famous Country Star Targets Aldean With Nasty Rant

Based on the latest updates making the rounds, it seems that not everyone attached to the country music community is a fan of Jason Aldean. In fact, the son of a country music icon recently went after Aldean in a rant online, and he did not pull any punches.

It turns out, Trace Cyrus, the son of Billy Ray Cyrus, has had some choice words for Jason Aldean, which he shared online. One of the things that Cyrus targeted was Aldean’s hit single, “Try That In A Small Town.”

In a series of late-night rants, Cyrus said, “I have Jason Aldean fans furious that I don’t like his small town song, and guys I’m trying to be a better person. But at the end of the day, social media is a game, and I’m just going to be completely honest because a lot of you guys just don’t watch all my stories.”

Cyrus also fired back at Jason Aldean fans coming after him for targeting the singer, saying, “Do I hate the song? Yes. Did it need to be said to the world? Probably not. But I knew that it was going to make people mad. I was speaking my truth while doing it, and I do think that I can genuinely help Jason Aldean write much, much, much better songs.”

So far, Aldean has not commented on the criticism from Cyrus.
