Faith Hill rose to fame in the early 1990s for her hits like “Wild One” and “Piece Of My Heart.” She quietly stepped out of the spotlight to the three children she shares with her husband, Tim McGraw. Now an old clip of Faith Hill early in her career was shared online. Fans can’t get enough of the unexpected throwback of their favorite singer. Stay on this page to see the wholesome video.

Faith Hill Hasn’t Released A New Album In 20 Years

Faith Hill was a huge star in the 1990s, some may say she was even more of a success than her husband, Tim McGraw. The couple married in 1996 after dating briefly. In the years since their marriage, the country singers have collaborated on several duet albums, many of which topped the charts. They’ve also continued creating solo music. However, Faith Hill hasn’t released a solo album in twenty years.

Her last solo album, Fireflies, came out in 2005. She released an album of duets, The Rest of Our Life, with Tim McGraw in 2017. In 2021, the couple showed off their acting range in the limited Paramount series Yellowstone prequel, 1883. Despite the show’s popularity, it only aired for one season.

So what has Faith Hill been up to instead of recording new music for her devoted fans? Before she’s a singer, Faith Hill is a wife and mother first and foremost. The three daughters she had with Tim McGraw are in their 20s now, but are still close with their parents.

Tim McGraw and Faith Hill’s oldest daughter, Gracie, recently turned 28. They also have daughters Maggie, 26, and Audrey, 23. All three of the girls inherited the music gene. The proud parents recently attended a stage production of John Monsky’s The Great War & The Great Gatsby, featuring Gracie. The production airs on PBS this November on Veterans Day.

For Mother’s Day this year, Audrey McGraw honored her mom with a decades-old video. She took to Instagram to share an interview Faith Hill gave early in her career. The exact year or source wasn’t shared. But it looks to be from about the time the singer first broke into the mainstream in 1993.

In the clip, she talks about her dream of being a singer. “I’m not different from anybody else. I just happen to want to be a singer. Not different from any other dreamer out there. I’m just a country girl that happens to sing. I’m just so excited, I mean, I can’t even tell you how excited I am. It just doesn’t feel real yet, you know? I waited for this all my life. I’m ready to go” she said.

She also added that she loves fast food, including McDonald’s and Wendy’s. Who doesn’t?

Fans of the singer have always found her down-to-earth. The resurfaced clip only cemented Faith Hills relatability. Check out some of the comments on the social media post:
