On The Road Again
“On The Road Again” isn’t just one of Willie Nelson’s most famous songs. It’s also a motto he personally lives by. At 91, the singer is in better physical condition than people half his age. But fans still worry over his health.
Willie Nelson was forced to miss several stops on his annual Outlaw Fest last year. Fans were disappointed over the unexpected absence, but rallied around the singer. Despite his age, Willie Nelson will hit the road again this summer for another edition of the Outlaw Fest.
Furthermore, he continues the tradition of the Willie Nelson’s 4th of July Picnic and Fireworks. The event is returning to Texas for 2025 after being held in Camden, New Jersey, last year. It was the first the picnic was held outside of Texas since the tradition began.
Bob Dylan headlines the 2024 4th of July Picnic. Other performers include The Mavericks, The Avett Brothers, Asleep At The Wheel, and Tami Neilson.
Turnpike Troubadours and Sheryl Crow are among the performers for the Outlaw Fest, which runs from May through September.
