Zach Bryan has revealed that he is now two months sober. This is something fans did not expect. However, he posted his story on Instagram. A part of it read:
I went out of my way to find a therapist and made the conscious decision to do something about my toxic relationship with booze and how I cope with major life changes. I haven’t touched alcohol for nearly two months now-something I had to do for my own personal clarity. I needed to see the world objectively.
Fans are proud of Zach, as this is not an easy thing to admit, especially with a big following like he has. However, he did it and is proud of his accomplishments as he should be.
It seems as though he realized that he had a toxic relationship with alcohol. This is something that he had to figure out for himself. However, he wanted to be the best person he could be for himself, his family, his friends, his girlfriend, and his future children. Fans are applauding Zach for doing this. It is not easy, but it was the right decision for him.
