CONVERGE Set To Release New Material This Week
After quite a long time of talking about it, Converge is set to release new material on November 19. Given that their website images have also been updated, I’m guessing there’s also an announcement of a new record (reportedly titled Love Is Not Enough) alongside the single.
Converge also recently announced their inaugural Saddest Day Festival, set to take place on December 13, 2025, at Roadrunner in Boston, MA named after the band’s iconic 1996 track “The Saddest Day” from Petitioning the Empty Sky.
Converge will headline the event, joined by a powerhouse lineup that includes:
- Touché Amoré
- Coalesce
- The Hope Conspiracy
- Full Of Hell
- Soul Glo
- Year Of The Knife
- Stress Positions
- Wormwood
In addition to the crushing live sets, Converge frontman Jacob Bannon will present a live art exhibit, showcasing his own work alongside pieces from renowned artists like Thomas Hooper and Nightswim Project. Expect nothing short of a cathartic and unforgettable night as Converge celebrate their legacy and future with a hand-selected lineup of heavy music’s most forward-pushing acts.
