Country Music Star Dies At Hospital
When someone feels sick in a way they have never been before, it can be scary. Yet, oftentimes, this is brushed off, but it can ultimately lead to something far more serious. It can even lead to death, which is what happened to a prominent country singer. They had been suffering from a debilitating headache, one that was horrid, and to make matters worse, they were driving when it came on. It was hard for them to even see the road, but they trudged on to be able to make it home.
Gabby Mooney, the sister of Shay Mooney from Dan + Shay, detailed this whole incident with Ashan Singh of Nightline. She explained that she just wanted to make it home so that she could sleep in her own bed. However, when she arrived home and finally fell asleep, she was no better. Her mother woke her up, and it was clear that Gabby needed to go to the hospital. The Natural Dam, Arkansas, native added that she began having seizures, but there were tornadoes, so emergency services were not running. Therefore, her parents phoned a private ambulance company to come get Gabby.
Once the country singer was at the hospital, after already having many seizures, Gabby Mooney flatlined. Moreover, she noted that she had died and was being prepped for intubation. At that moment, Gabby said she felt immense peace:
When I was dead, I just knew that it was just like Jesus’ hand was just going like this, and my spirit was rising and it was just like, not yet.
Admittedly, Gabby was not ready to pass and tried to make that very clear. Yet, she felt so calm while she was going through this experience, so that was somewhat reassuring.

There is so much love for Gabby Mooney in the country world. Fans have watched her highs and lows and have nothing but praise for her and her journey. When she married her husband almost two years ago, followers were thrilled for the couple. That was the same year she flatlined, so it was even more special to have that day:
