Tim McGraw Comes To Dolly Parton’s Rescue
Tim McGraw was forced to end his tour early in 2024 due to injuries. His Standing Room Only tour wrapped up earlier than expected. He’s still recovering from multiple back surgeries and a double knee replacement.
The singer is slowly returning to the stage. Knowing what it’s like to disappoint fans, Tim McGraw came to Dolly Parton’s rescue.
The iconic singer was supposed to go on her first tour in years in December. She was scheduled to appear in a limited residency in Las Vegas, Nevada, later this year.
She was forced to cancel the tour due to health issues. Dolly Parton plans to try the tour again next year. In the meantime, Tim McGraw will be in Las Vegas for a handful of shows in early December.
He just announced a short-term residency on December 4, 6, 12 and 13. The concerts are fittingly during the National Finals Rodeo. Tickets go on sale on Saturday, October 4.

One lucky couple got to see Tim McGraw in concert in Youngstown, Ohio, last weekend. He headlined the second night of the two-day Y-Live event. He performed his biggest hits for fans.
Tim McGraw’s concerts are always good. But two concertgoers had the experience of a lifetime. A couple named Trent and Serena took the stage for a special moment. After joining Tim McGraw on stage, Trent got down on one knee and proposed to Serena.
She said yes, of course, or it would be a wildly different story.
After giving the couple their moment, Tim McGraw approached and gave them both hugs.
The couple shared footage of the proposal on social media. They shared more details about the engagement, particularly the ring. Serena revealed that her mother passed away earlier this year. She had some of the ashes put into a ring that she wears every day.
Her now-fiance offered to hold the ring for “safekeeping” during the concert. He surprised her by proposing with that ring.
Tim McGraw is a big believer in love. He married Faith Hill in 1994 just months after they met. They celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary last year.
He recently shocked fans by explaining the ending of his hit song “Don’t Take The Girl.” Tim McGraw was more than happy to share the stage with the couple for their special moment. See the special moment below.
