Years before the chatter about “Try That in a Small Town,” Jason Aldean made headlines after being spotted out with American Idol contestant Brittany Kerr while he was still married. The country crooner eventually divorced his wife and married Brittany Kerr (now Aldean.)
The couple had two children together, Memphis, 7, and Navy, 6. He also has two children from his first marriage. Brittany Aldean revealed on social media earlier this week that Navy was rushed to urgent care with a high fever.
She updated concerned fans that her daughter seemed to be on the mend.

As the father of two young children, Jason Aldean is a huge supporter of children’s causes. He made a heartwarming gesture during his Houston concert on Friday night, surprising 13-year-old cancer patient Devarjé “DJ” Daniel with a major donation.
DJ, a Houston native currently battling brain and spinal cancer, joined Aldean on stage where the singer presented him with a check for more than $200,000 to Heroes for Children. The Texas nonprofit is provides financial assistance and more for families of children with cancer.
“You asked us to raise some money and that’s exactly what we did,” Aldean told DJ during the emotional moment. “We love you, man. We’re gonna stay in touch. We’re buddies now, right?”
