The show only ran for a year but had many big-name guests. Tammy Wynette, Bruce Willis, and Kermit The Frog all appeared on the short-lived program.
Hulk Hogan made an appearance in the very first episode. As part of a skit, Dolly Parton dreamed about marrying the wrestler. She even wrote a love song for him, “Headlock on My Heart.”
Since the WWF, as it was known at the time, refused to let her use Hulk Hogan’s name, she referred to him as “Starlight Starbright” in the song.
