Jason Aldean is one of the most popular country singers today. He’s stayed on top of the music charts since his 2005 self-titled debut album. He sparked controversy in 2023 with the release of his song “Try That in a Small Town.” Critics of the singer accused him of using racist imagery in the song’s video. He denied the claims and stood by the meaning of the song.
Jason Aldean has garnered a lot of media attention as a well-known Trump supporter, but many of his fans are, too. The singer was among the performers at President Trump’s second inauguration earlier this year.
The “Got What I Got” singer will perform in September at the 2025 Nashville Songwriters Awards. Trisha Yearwood is also scheduled to perform.

Jason Aldean’s Full Throttle tour continues through the summer before wrapping up in early October. He has other concerts scheduled later this year and early next year. During one recent tour stop, he poked fun at a cheating scandal that’s dominating headlines. No, he’s not involved this time.
The singer was famously caught cheating on his first wife, Jessica Ussery, in 2012 with American Idol contestant Brittany Kerr. After divorcing his first wife, he married Brittany in 2015.
In light of the cheating scandal sweeping the internet, Jason Aldean shared advice on Instagram for anyone attending his upcoming concerts. “Bring Your Girl To The Aldean Show Before Her CEO Does,” he joked.

If you’ve been online in the last week, you’ve likely seen the video of a man and a woman on the Kiss Cam at a Coldplay concert. The video was reposted on social media because the couple immediately separated and hid after they were shown on the big screen. Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin joked that the couple were either having an affair or very shy.
It turns out they were allegedly having an affair. They were later identified as Astronomer CEO Andy Bryon and the company’s Head of Human Resources Kristin Cabot. Andy Bryon has since resigned his position of CEO after the video went viral.
