Yearwood Opens Up About Severe Health Condition
With everything that Garth Brooks has been dealing with, Trisha Yearwood has been facing a battle of her own related to her health. Speaking recently with Bobby Bones, Yearwood opened up about a severe health condition that she has been dealing with, as well as how it has affected her.
According to Yearwood, she opened up about her struggles with COVID. She even said that at one point, things got so bad that she could not identify regular household items, like a rolling pin.
She went on to say, “I had a mild case of COVID. But it really messed with my smell and taste. I would say I’m a long COVID person. I had all the brain fog … people were like, ‘You are in menopause,’ and I would be like, ‘Yeah, but this is different because I’m looking at a rolling pin and I can’t name it. So, I either have early-onset Alzheimer’s or something else wrong.”

Trisha Yearwood Reveals Treatment That Worked For Her
LENS (Low Energy Neurofeedback System) is a type of therapy that uses low-intensity electromagnetic fields to help the brain self-regulate and improve overall function. Speaking of this therapy, Yearwood went on to say, “It changed my life.”
Trisha Yearwood also went on to detail the therapy process, saying, “It takes 15 minutes. It took a few times when I went. So they put these little electrodes. It looks like you’re about to get shock therapy, but it’s not that … and they hit little different spots, I think 21 places on your brain.”
She continued, adding, “They’ll hit things like retention, motivation, and childhood memory. So it’s like you’re going to therapy in a way, but you’re not talking about it. Your brain waves are sitting in a rut if you loop or hit a block every time. And there’s this tiny charge, you don’t feel it, it lifts those brain waves and you go, ‘Oh. There’s a better way.’”
