Country singer Lauren Alaina is due to give birth to her first child any day now. She announced her pregnancy earlier this year. The American Idol alum married Cam Arnold in front of almost 500 guests in February 2024. They didn’t waste any time growing their family. Lauren Alaina Takes Drastic Action To Induce Labor
Lauren Alaina used her music to make a surprise pregnancy announcement earlier this year. She dropped the music video in January for the release of her new single, “Those Kind of Women.” The video ended with the singer revealing a very visible baby bump, thus confirming rumors she was pregnant.
As of the publication of this article, she still hasn’t given birth. She took to social media to share big news about her career while attempting to induce labor in a surprising way. The American Idol runner-up did some “curb walking” to encourage the baby girl to get a move on. The exercise involved walking with one foot on the curb and one on the road. The uneven gait is supposed to move the baby into the ideal position for birth.

Country Star Shares Hilarious Maternity Photos With Husband
One thing fans love about Lauren Alaina, besides her voice, is her sense of humor. She has been very active on social media during her pregnancy and often recreates social media trends. But her latest post took fans back to the 1980s and the memory of mall photo shoots.
She took to Instagram to share the results of a maternity shoot with her husband. She wrote in the caption that she let her husband come up with all the poses. He did not disappoint.
Throughout the many (many!) photos, the couple remained completely stoic and stared directly into the camera. She posed on his back for some of the photos. A few included two adorable dogs. The couple also recreated the traditional maternity photo of the man clasping the woman’s baby belly from behind.
