Eric Church has spoken out and revealed how Morgan Wallen’s arrest has changed him. Some would have thought that this would have ruined the relationship between Eric and Morgan. However, this does not seem to be the case. Eric has let fans know how he feels about Morgan Wallen and how he has changed since getting arrested outside of Chief’s in Nashville, Tennessee. Morgan Wallen Gets Arrested Outside Nashville Bar
Morgan Wallen has been arrested a couple of times. However, his most recent arrest led to him having to spend time in an alcohol facility. He was drunk and threw a chair off the rooftop of Eric Church’s bar, Chiefs in Nashville. This put a lot of people in danger, and that is the reason he was arrested. Since then, Morgan has owned up to his mistakes and has tried to change. He revealed that he has not stepped into a bar since the incident occurred. Which, at this point, is probably the best solution. However, fans still love and support Morgan after all of this. He is going on another tour, and fans could not be more excited.
Eric Church Reveals How Arrest Changed Him
Eric Church has revealed how the arrest has changed Morgan Wallen.
“Morgan called me from the street after it happened. I was watching college basketball and he said, ‘Hey, this just happened.’ I said, ‘Uh-oh,’ I knew it was gonna be noisy, and it was — it was damn noisy… But you just kind of roll with it. I think that was a line for him, and he’s done really well since then — it was a thing he’s reacted positively to as a person. I used the old Billy Joe Shaver line on him: ‘I’m just an old chunk of coal, but I’ll be a diamond one day.’… I was proud of him.”
Church seems to think he is a better person since this happened.
It seems as though the arrest changed Morgan for the better. Eric has seen the difference, and so have fans. Wallen has even admitted that he has not gone to a bar since the incident happened.
